This website is run by MCMCO CC, a close corporation registered in South Africa (registration number 2008/038487/23), trading as MCM Group. LuxLander is a product range of MCMCO CC. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean MCMCO CC; “you” means the person using this website.

Product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices on this website are for information only. We may change them without notice. Prices shown as “from” are indicative starting prices.
All sales are subject to a formal written quotation from MCMCO CC. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it. Accepting a quotation creates an agreement on the terms set out in that quotation.
Build times, delivery times, deposits and payment terms are those stated in your written quotation. We make every effort to meet them. If unforeseen circumstances cause a delay, we will contact you with a revised date.

You may use this website only to browse its content and make genuine enquiries. You may not use it for speculative, false or fraudulent enquiries or purchases.
